• She served as Associate General Counsel
  of Embraer S.A., the regional jet
  manufacturer headquartered in Brazil,
  from 2006 to 2019, responsible for legal
  support to operations, regulatory, sales
  and aftermarket.
• Mrs. Stroppa has in-depth knowledge
  and expertise in the analysis, negotiation
  and drafting of aircraft related contracts,

• 日本の大学にパイロット養成学部及び管制、空港、整備管理の人材を育成する学部を導入した先駆者
• パイロット歴：乗務した機種：DC10、B747-400、B737-400機長
  乗務した路線：日本航空が運航した、主な国内線とすべての国際線
• 運航乗員訓練部ナパ教官、JALエクスプレス常務取締役等を歴任し、日本航空運航部長、運航乗員訓練部長を務める。ナパでは、同社初の機長教官として赴任し、新機材の選定と導入、また訓練計画に新手法を導入した。JALエクスプレスでは、外国人機長の採用、訓練等、これまでの固定観念を超えた考え方、手法を実践した。
  また、運航部長時代には、JAL、JAS統合に向けた規程類の整理を指揮。
• その手腕を買われ、桜美林大学に招聘、専任教授となる。同大学にてフライトオペレーションコース長、飛行訓練センター長、指定養成施設管理者等を経て、現在は招聘教授。
• 2004年には、機長7,000時間無事故表彰、航空功労者国土交通大臣表彰受賞飛行時間は、14,751時間に及ぶ。

• At JAL Express, we practiced ideas and
  methods that went beyond the conventional
  stereotypes, such as the recruitment and
  training of foreign captains. In addition,
  during the era of Operations Manager, he
  directed the organization of regulations for
  theintegration of JAL and JAS.
•  He was invited to Oberin University and
  became a professor through his experiences.
  After working as a flight operation course
  director, flight training center director,
  designated training facility manager, etc.
  at the  university, he is now an invited
  professor.
•  In 2004, received a captain's 7,000-hour
  accident-free award and the Minister of Land,
  Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award
  for Merit of Aviation.Fliht time is 14,751 hours.

Fumiyasu Kimura

• 日本人初のATR（ATR72-600 ）パイロット
• 防衛省 海上自衛隊にて対潜哨戒機P-2J及びP-3C機長として各種任務飛行及び各種訓練、日米共同訓練等に従事。また、飛行操縦教官として後輩育成にあたる。
• その後、㈱日本エアシステム、日本航空㈱のパイロットとして乗務。　
• 更に世界でも有数の安全な航空会社である台湾のEVA航空に入社。国際線、国内線に乗務。
  ここで日本人初のATR（ATR72－600）パイロットとして乗務。
• 2020年3月末にEVA航空を退職し、現職。防衛省及び国内外の航空会社の経験を活かし、世界標準レベルの訓練資材の開発、人材の適性に応じた訓練の提供及び、防衛省パイロットの民間登用への橋渡しを行っている。

Takahide Sakamoto

In charge of Training Development

• 防衛省を1986年割愛制度により退職後、 ㈱日本エアシステム(JAS)、㈱日本航空(JAL)、桜美林大学、新中央航空㈱(CUK)を経て現在に至る。
• 規制緩和に伴う指定養成施設の指定方法の見直しの検討や、CRM訓練義務化に伴う訓練体制の見直し検討に従事しその確立に寄与。
• JAL、JASの統合を推進し、訓練機材の保守整備会社、(株)JSEシミュレーターエンジニアリングを設立、取締役として組織の一元化、効率化を図った。
• 桜美林大学のパイロット養成コース設立に伴い大学職員に。訓練管理規程、安全管理規程及び教育規程、マニュアル類を含めた教材を作成。
• CUKでは運航部運航技術・基準課課長として各種規定類の改定等において航空局との調整とIT化を推進。直近では操縦士養成訓練事業にも取り組む。
• After retiring from the Ministry of Defense
  under the 1986 omission system, worked for
  Japan Air System Co., Ltd. (JAS), Japan
  Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL), JF Oberlin University,
  and New Central Airservice Co., Ltd. (CUK).
• Engaged in reviewing the method of
  designating designated training facilities
  due to deregulation and reviewing
  the training system due to mandatory
  CRM training, and contributed to its
  establishment.
• Promoted the integration of JAL and JAS,
  established JSE Simulator Engineering
  Co., Ltd., a maintenance and maintenance
  company for training equipment,
  and worked to unify the organization and
  improve efficiency as a director.

• JTBビジネスイノベーターズ社においては取締役事業部長として宿泊施設の基幹システムであるPMS（Property Management System）の開発・導入に注力
• JTBグランドツアー＆サービス社時代は代表取締役社長として、団体旅行から個人旅行へシフトする富裕層マーケットのニーズを的確に捉え、JTBグループ全体の収益に貢献
