• 1967年　新潟県出身
• 日本航空㈱入社後、新潟県庁、ジェットスター・ジャパン㈱、三菱重工㈱を経て現職。
• 日本航空では、ビジネスプランの策定にて、機材導入計画に基づいたパイロット配置計画及び採用、訓練計画等の策定、また空港業務改善及び空港施設開発等に従事。日本のフルサービス航空(FSC)事業を学ぶ。
• 新潟県庁では、交通政策局で港湾振興に従事、コンテナ船、旅客船を担当。東日本大震災時の新潟港利用拡大に寄与。
• ジェットスター・ジャパンでは、創業期にジェネラル・マネジャーとしてビジネス戦略部門、パイロット、客室乗務員のマネジメント制度設計及び、空港開発部門に従事。外資系ローコスト航空(LCC)事業を学ぶ。
• 三菱重工では、三菱航空機(株)を担当。ディレクターとして航空会社が機体を運航する際必要な訓練等を統括。日本の当局(JCAB)のみならず、ヨーロッパ(EASA)、アメリカ(FAA)の当局と調整業務を担当。航空機メーカー事業を学ぶ。
• 国内及び外資系航空会社、航空機メーカーでの経験等を通し、外資系と日本企業との長所を融合した最適ソリューションを提案。また官民での業務経験を活かし、規制緩和等に関わる調整経験は豊富。

  Jetstar Japan Co., Ltd.
  and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
• At Japan Airlines, he was involved
  in formulating a pilot plan and recruitment
  based on the equipment introduction plan,
  formulating a training plan, etc., as well as
  improving airport operations
  and developing airport facilities.

• At Jetstar Japan, as a general manager during
  the founding period, worked in the business
  strategy department, pilot and cabin crew
  management system design and airport

• At Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, he is in charge
  of Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation.
  As a director, he supervises necessary

  the United States (FAA) as well as
  the Japanese authorities (JCAB).
